Established in 1994, we are a native plant nursery located in the mountains of central Idaho.  Our nursery is committed to providing a diverse selection of healthy and hardy native plants compatible with a wide range of restoration projects throughout the intermountain northwest.

Our facility includes 4,000 square feet of climate-controlled greenhouse growing space and 10,000 square feet of fenced area for larger container growing.  All of our stock is inoculated with species appropriate mycorrhizal fungi at the seedling stage. The plants carry this association into the field when outplanted.  Seedlings are grown in a variety of cell sizes according to plant type and use.  We use 3 and 4 cubic inch cells for wetland and upland grasses, 7 cubic inch cells for most of the perennial wildflowers, and 10 cubic inch cells for most tree and shrub species.  Seedlings can also be grown in 16 cubic inch super cells.   In our outside container growing area we move plants up to 1, 2, and 5 gallon sizes.
We welcome custom-grow orders, and have seen a trend of customers that prefer this method of ordering plants.  Species and quantities can be ordered for a specific project, and if seed is not provided, we can do our best to match up seed sources, elevations and soil types to produce plants best adapted to the sites.
We have been fortunate to be involved providing plants for a number of interesting projects over the past years, ranging from habitat improvement, mining reclamation, erosion control projects, campground improvement, as well as being a source to landscapers and other nurseries for native plants.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about your planting needs or our facility.
